## Job Title: Associate Director of Recovery
## Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Associate Director of Recovery to join our team at Maxim Recruitment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in quantum disputes and recovery, with a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes for clients.
### Key Responsibilities:
* Provide clients with a comprehensive understanding of root causes and primary risks affecting project performance
* Develop and implement optimal recovery and resolution strategies
* Lead the development of contract and commercial strategies to recover performance of distressed projects
* Review and assess project records to establish quantum associated with claims and/or disputes
* Conduct quantum forensic analysis of tender, contract, and claims documentation
* Manage stakeholder relationships with clients and supply-chain partners
### Qualifications and Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
* Master's degree in applicable construction specialism
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
