NHS Professionals Limited is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Nurse - Emergency Department to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patient conditions, providing timely and effective interventions as needed.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' symptoms and vital signs, and arrange diagnostic tests as necessary.
- Utilize excellent analytical skills and sound decision-making to address changing clinical situations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote effective communication and teamwork.
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 months paid experience in an emergency department hospital environment within the last 3 years.
- Compliance with NMC Professional Registration and adherence to current nursing practices.
