We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Premier Engineering. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in engineering or manufacturing sectors.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards that adhere to industry regulations and align with organizational objectives.
  • Oversee the entire quality assurance process, including inspections, audits, and quality control testing for products and processes, with a focus on software development, testing, and verification.
  • Set clear and measurable quality objectives that correspond with overall business goals and customer expectations.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential quality issues and execute corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain, to ensure quality standards are integrated throughout product development and manufacturing processes.
  • Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, generating reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Address customer feedback and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and the implementation of preventive measures.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Manager or in a similar capacity within the defense or aerospace sectors, with a specialization in software development quality assurance.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Quality Manager role.
  • Proficient in compiling and analyzing quality metrics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to effectively conduct thorough root cause analysis audits.
  • Experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control and Environmental Management.
  • Vendor Management experience is a plus.
