We're seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Southern team to be based in Crawley, West Sussex.

Location: Crawley, West Sussex

Contract: Permanent, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing quality assurance plans and processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client-specific requirements.
  • Leading quality audits and coordinating external audits from regulatory bodies or customers.
  • Identifying areas for process improvement and work with relevant teams to implement changes.

Requirements:

  • A relevant degree (or equivalent) and experience within regulated utilities, infrastructure, or the construction sector.
  • Chartered Status in a relevant professional body and in-depth knowledge of quality management in your field.
  • A strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation, including HSWA and CDM regulations, as well as NEC3/NEC4 contractual awareness.
