We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Mountain Healthcare Ltd. As a Forensic Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.

Main Duties:

  • Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) that meet accreditation standards, specifically ISO15189 and the FSR Codes of Practice.
  • Lead audit programs to test QMS, analyzing performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Represent Mountain Healthcare on regional and national stages, influencing the landscape of quality management.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including UKAS, FSR, and FCN, to ensure smooth external assessments.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor internal auditors, conducting audits of key areas.
  • Provide senior management with up-to-date information on corrective, preventive, and improvement actions.
  • Negotiate with managers to ensure compliance, providing specialist advice and guidance on all matters related to accreditation.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant subject, or proven work experience in quality management.
  • Valid UK driving license, good computer skills, and excellent communication skills.
  • Document quality assurance and formatting expertise, problem-solving skills, and auditing certification.
