Your Role as a Senior Staff NurseAs a Senior Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role within our multidisciplinary team. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in our mental health division.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage nursing staff effectively, ensuring optimal patient care based on individual needs and competencies.
- Develop, implement, and review comprehensive care plans that align with patient preferences and goals. Actively participate in ward rounds to ensure coordinated care.
- Foster strong communication within the multidisciplinary team, promoting a collaborative environment that minimizes restrictive practices and prioritizes positive risk-taking.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including risk assessments and interventions implemented.
- Engage in reflective practice and supervision to enhance patient outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the division's commitment to specific outcome measures and contribute to clinical governance initiatives through audits.
