Job Title: Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Mental Health Nurse to join our team serving multiple NHS Trusts across the UK.

About the Role:

As a Mental Health Nurse, you will provide exceptional care and support to patients with mental health needs. You will utilize your expertise to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and person-centered treatment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and support to patients with mental health needs.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and person-centered treatment.
  • Any additional responsibilities as directed by the assigned hospital or clinic.
Requirements:
  • Possess take-charge skills demonstrating leadership qualities and the ability to initiate action when necessary.
  • Hold a valid Bild certification in PMVA (Preventing and Managing Violence and Aggression) and Breakaway training.
  • Registered as a Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC Pin.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish effective relationships with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
