Job Title: Mental Health Nurse

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Mental Health Nurse to join our team serving multiple NHS Trusts across the UK. As a Mental Health Nurse, you will provide exceptional care and support to patients with mental health needs, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and person-centred treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and support to patients.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and carers to ensure person-centred care.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and treatment plans.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care pathways and protocols to improve patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Possess strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Hold a valid NMC Pin and be registered as a Mental Health Nurse.
  • Hold a valid Bild certification in PMVA (Preventing and Managing Violence and Aggression) and Breakaway training.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish effective relationships with patients, families, and carers.
