We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Brookview Ward, an 8-bedded Organic Ward for older adults at Berrywood Hospital.

About the Role

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our service users, promoting their physical and mental well-being, and supporting their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care to service users, addressing their physical and emotional needs
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and therapeutic environment

Person Specification
  • Registered Mental Health Nurse or equivalent qualification
  • Pin pending if not already qualified
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Knowledge of mental health legislation and policies
