Position Overview:
Our client, Matchtech, is in search of a skilled Property Management Surveyor to become a vital part of their team on a contractual basis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial and corporate real estate valued at approximately £660 million.
- Provide expert estate management services for the Council's corporate and commercial holdings.
- Manage a caseload that includes:
    • Rent assessments
    • Lease negotiations
    • General estate management duties
- Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to lease agreements and address any disputes.
- Maintain up-to-date business rate information and assist in reviewing utility and energy data.
- Offer technical guidance on landlord-tenant issues, monitor financial transactions, and aid in payment solutions or recovery efforts.
- Engage in ongoing professional development by keeping abreast of legal precedents and applying this knowledge to estate management practices.
- Contribute to the annual asset valuation process and assist with site evaluations.
- Mentor Trainee Property Management Surveyors in their professional growth and qualifications.
- Support the Council's Carbon Neutral 2030 initiative by identifying opportunities for asset enhancement.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external advisors to ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
