About the Role

As a Trainee Residential Surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting our surveyors in the delivery of residential valuation and property risk services. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on property-related matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist surveyors in the delivery of residential valuation and property risk services
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice
  • Develop skills and knowledge in residential surveying and property risk services
  • Contribute to the development of our team's expertise and knowledge
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Eligibility for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation
  • Strong base knowledge of Residential Building Pathology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build effective working relationships
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, initiative, and a proactive approach
