Northampton - Midlands Patch (Hybrid)

Competitive Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + Training + Progression + 26 Days Holiday + Bonus + Healthcare

We are seeking a qualified Buildings Surveyor / Valuer to join our team in a highly autonomous and versatile role. As a RICS regulated and approved firm of valuers and appraisers, we provide a director-led valuation service with a track record of delivering independent and impartial advice.

As a Buildings Surveyor / Valuer, you will be responsible for undertaking Reinstatement Cost Assessments for a wide range of residential, commercial, industrial, and government clients. You will work at all stages of projects, from inception to completion, and report directly to the Business Owners and Head of Buildings, taking responsibility for overall work completed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake Reinstatement Cost Assessments for a wide range of clients
  • Work at all stages of projects, from inception to completion
  • Report directly to the Business Owners and Head of Buildings

Requirements:

  • RICS or CABE/CIOB qualification
  • Experience of Commercial valuation / Buildings Surveying
  • Driving License
