About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Trainee Residential Surveyor Programme. As a Trainee Surveyor, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our company, working closely with our experienced team to develop your skills and knowledge in residential valuation and property risk services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the delivery of residential valuation and property risk services to clients
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of residential building pathology and its impact on property values
  • Work closely with experienced surveyors to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and relationships with clients

Requirements

  • Eligibility for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation
  • Strong base knowledge of residential building pathology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build effective working relationships
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, initiative, and a proactive approach
