About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated First Line ICT Support Engineer to join our team at Air IT Limited. As a key member of our service desk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service: Provide timely and effective support to end-users and stakeholders, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  2. Ticket Management: Act as the primary point of contact for technical service requests, managing tickets from inception to resolution.
  3. Problem-Solving: Utilize your troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
  4. Escalation and Collaboration: Escalate complex issues to senior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless support delivery.
About You

We are looking for a talented individual with a strong background in IT support and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key qualifications include:

  1. IT Support Experience: Previous experience in IT support, with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
  2. Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows desktops, with knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS.
