About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled 1st Line ICT Support Engineer to join our team at Air IT Limited. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring our clients receive top-notch support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users and stakeholders
  • Act as the primary point of contact for technical service requests, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records throughout the ticket lifecycle
  • Utilize troubleshooting skills to deliver high-quality first-time fixes and escalate complex issues as needed
  • Manage workload to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure seamless support delivery
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in IT support, preferably in a similar role
  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills, with a passion for delivering excellent results
  • Proficiency in the latest Microsoft technologies, including Office and Windows desktops
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities, with knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and development, with a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends
