Rugby School is seeking an experienced Netball Development Officer to lead the development of netball at the school. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the netball strategy, working with all age groups, and ensuring participation rates are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the netball strategy at Rugby School
  • Work with all age groups to ensure participation rates are maintained
  • Enhance the netball profile through inter-school fixtures, county, regional, and national competitions
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sport to develop and implement netball programmes
  • Provide coaching and guidance to netball teams and players

Requirements:

  • Minimum Level 2 qualification in sports coaching
  • Experience of working with young athletes within a netball coaching environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
