We are seeking an experienced administrator/coordinator to join our busy clinical environment. As an integral part of the Podiatry operations, the Clinic Coordinator will support academics and students in an educational context, provide training and support with bespoke systems, and coordinate/support the clinical treatment areas.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the set up and maintenance of clinics/systems/processes
- Work within a team environment to achieve shared goals
- Develop and maintain excellent IT skills
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and risk assessment management
- Provide excellent customer-focused experience
- Manage stock control and follow established processes
- 5 GCSEs at grade C or above (English and Maths essential) or equivalent
- 2 A Levels or equivalent
