Job Overview

Brakes is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers in your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities in your territory
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular face-to-face meetings and sales calls
  • Onboard new customers and ensure seamless integration with existing accounts
  • Work closely with our distribution partner to create a strong team and deliver profitable volume growth
  • Monitor competitor activity and stay up-to-date on market trends to ensure you are offering the best solutions to customers
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and commercially astute individual with a passion for sales. Ideally, you will have a background in field sales or account management and be proficient in Excel. You must be able to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and have a strong understanding of the foodservice industry.
