Corporate Client Liaison Specialist

Foster Denovo is a leading financial services company that provides exceptional advice and service to its clients, advisers, and employees. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Experience Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, their HR teams, and other stakeholders to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Pension Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate pension meetings and presentations for clients' employees, using Outlook calendars and ScheduleOnce to secure adviser resource and facilitate bookings.
- Administrative Support: Prepare and process pre- and post-meeting/administration, including preparing presentations from approved decks of templated slides.
- Communication and Updates: Send regular communications and updates to corporate clients, including producing invoices and chasing outstanding payments.
- Workflow Management: Set up and manage workflow within Intelligent Office to streamline tasks and ensure efficient workload management.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in training, competence, and development initiatives to maintain Fit & Proper and TCF requirements.
