Job Title: Nurse - Band 5 Equivalent

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our team at Naomi House & Jacksplace, a leading hospice providing specialist care to children and young adults with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized care to patients and their families, enhancing their quality of life and supporting them through challenging times.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care, including medical, nursing, and therapeutic interventions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues, promoting a culture of empathy and understanding.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with best practices and advancements in palliative care.
