About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Partner Manager to join our UK Merchant Fulfilment team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business development conversations with top accounts, analyzing complex data to identify growth opportunities, and developing strategies to meet defined sales and growth goals for your portfolio of high-value selling partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business development conversations with top accounts to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to meet defined sales and growth goals.
  • Analyze complex data to identify opportunities for growth and improvements to the selling partner experience.
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet defined sales and growth goals for your portfolio of high-value selling partners.
  • Advocate for the needs of UK Selling Partners with local and global teams.
  • Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track pertinent account information and sales progress as well as forecast and prioritize to meet or exceed quarterly enrollment targets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in sales or marketing work (like ecommerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent.
  • Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level.
  • Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent.
