Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Fluid Branding. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring timely and accurate order processing, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Raise orders and manage the order process with our suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure order data is accurate and up-to-date, and communicate any changes or updates to our clients.
  • Keep our customers informed of the status of their orders, and provide regular updates on any delays or issues.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders on issues related to order processing and customer service.
  • Provide supplier performance feedback to ensure high-quality products and services.
  • Perform general administration tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with the Merchandise Consultant to ensure seamless order processing and store management.
  • Provide tailored customer support based on developmental, strategic, and global client requirements.
  • Handle customer complaints and problem orders in a calm and professional manner.
  • Remain vigilant and proactive in problem-solving for our clients.
  • Follow warehouse booking-in procedures to ensure accurate and efficient order processing.
  • Provide cover for your teammates when required, and support the team in achieving its goals.
