About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming calls and conduct market research to identify customer needs
  • Make proactive sales calls to existing and potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably telephone sales
  • Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and customer needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Great at data entry and keeping CRM systems up to date
What We Offer
  • Monday to Friday working hours
  • 28 days per year holiday allowance (inc Bank Holidays)
  • Salary: £26,000 per year, plus an uncapped commission structure (OTE £30,000 per year)
