Job Title: International Sales Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented International Sales Administrator to join our team at Whitehead Recruitment Ltd. As an International Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales divisions and ensuring the smooth processing of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, adhering to agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Verify orders for product and price accuracy, ensuring seamless communication with customer services and sales teams.
  • Liaise with logistics and technical departments to resolve any issues related to orders.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product range, sales process, and logistics platforms.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform additional order-related duties, including processing pick-up documents, estimating delivery times, and providing technical support documents.
Requirements:
  • Excellent computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, sales teams, and logistics departments.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Strong data entry experience, with attention to detail and accuracy.
