About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized International Sales Administrator to join our team in Doncaster. As a key member of our international sales team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our external sales team, including managing quotes, enquires, accounts, export and import documentation, emails, and sales of our range of cables and accessories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the external sales team with administrative tasks, including quoting, providing technical support, closing deals, and providing customer service.
  • Manage export and import documentation, including preparing and sending documents to customers.
  • Assist with sales of our range of cables and accessories, focusing on direct customers through our website.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a sales administration role, preferably in an electrical or cabling sales background.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Fluency in French, German, or Spanish is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
