The Role
We are seeking an experienced International Sales Administrator to join our team in Doncaster. As a key member of our international sales team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our external sales team, including quoting, providing technical support, closing deals, and providing customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the external sales team with administrative tasks, including quotes, enquires, accounts export and import documentation, emails, and sales of cables and accessories.
- Provide technical support and close deals with direct customers through our website.
- Offer excellent customer service and general administrative duties.
Requirements
- Experience in an electrical or cabling sales background, or a similar role such as Pre-Sales Support, Sales Admin, Export or Import admin.
- Computer literacy and skills in MS Office and CRM software.
- Fluency in French, German, or Spanish is an advantage.
- Driven and hungry to succeed with a confident outlook.
