Key Responsibilities- Support the external sales team with all administrative tasks, including quoting, providing technical support, closing deals, and providing customer service.
- Manage export and import documentation, including preparing and sending documents to customers and suppliers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans to achieve business objectives.
- Proven experience in a sales administration role, preferably in the electrical or cabling industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Fluency in French, German, or Spanish is an advantage, but not essential.
