About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our award-winning London team at Creative Artists Agency (CAA). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing 360 sponsorship campaigns across a range of disciplines, including rights management, experiential, digital, content, and communications.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist the Account Lead with day-to-day operations of the account, ensuring seamless delivery and activation of sponsorship rights.
  • Develop and implement campaign plans, conducting research and generating innovative ideas to capture the attention and imagination of the F1 audience.
  • Manage social, digital, and content planning, ensuring effective execution and measurement of campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the global markets team to share best practices and activate partnerships.
  • Coordinate event management and logistics, including driver appearances, internal engagement, and VIP customer experiences.
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure seamless communication and delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in sport, digital, and technology, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.

Requirements

  • Agency or in-house experience, preferably in F1/motorsport sponsorship.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on client servicing, account handling, and project management.
  • Organized and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Team player with the ability to work autonomously, with a creative flair and passion for innovative thinking.
  • Confident presentation skills, both verbal and written, with a strong attention to detail.
