Job Title: Digital Sales Merchandiser

Pentland Brands is a dynamic, global family business, and proud owners and licensees of many iconic active and footwear brands. We're seeking a skilled Digital Sales Merchandiser to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Plan seasonal product selection and maintain optimal inventory levels to align with departmental budget targets and overarching strategy.
  2. Deliver accurate weekly and monthly inventory reports, with a keen eye on SKU productivity during monthly and end-of-season reviews.
  3. Ensure inventory availability and demand forecasting for our online marketplaces on a weekly basis, providing insights that drive successful marketing campaigns, business focus areas, trials, and events.
  4. Plan and control online digital channels, including the proactive management of 'out of stocks' situations, identifying replacements, and maximising free stock opportunities to meet targets.
  5. Work cross-functionally to drive process improvements with the wider planning team, ensuring alignment and clarity on stock, sales, and inventory positions across all digital channels.
Requirements:
  1. Ability to interpret and analyse sales data, trends, and market research to make informed decisions.
  2. An understanding of budgets, profit margins, and financial implications of merchandising decisions.
  3. The ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with various teams, including marketing, sales, and product development.
  4. Produce pre-season forecasts at line level and reforecast on core lines based on performance.
