About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Compass Associates. As a key member of our Senior Management Team, you will play a crucial decision-making role while managing your caseload and an Assistant Psychologist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality clinical services to patients with neurological conditions
  • Lead and manage a team of psychologists and support staff
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans and programs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures
Requirements
  • HCPC Registration as a Clinical Psychologist
  • Experience working in neurological settings
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
