Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Kensington Additive. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for searching, selecting, and reaching out to potential candidates for job positions, assessing their skills and intent, and presenting their CVs to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Search and select potential candidates for job positions
- Assess candidates based on their skills and intent
- Present candidate CVs to clients
- Gain feedback and share with candidates
- Facilitate interviews and prepare candidates
- Support candidates through the recruitment process
- Conduct business development activities, generating leads and understanding client requirements
- Manage job openings and client accounts
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of work
- Meet weekly, quarterly, and annual KPIs
Requirements:
- Degree qualification in any subject
- Sales or business development experience is advantageous
- Demonstrable experience working with KPIs in a target-driven role
