We are seeking an experienced Sales and Recruitment Specialist to join our team at SER (Staffing) Ltd. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment team in resourcing staff across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the recruitment team in resourcing staff across the UK
- Identify opportunities for growth and development
- Make outbound calls to new and existing contractors to build relationships and identify potential candidates
- Match candidates to suitable job roles and assist with the recruitment process
- Assist members of the team with administrative duties
Requirements:
- Excellent IT and communication skills
- Outbound sales experience
- General office duties
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
