About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Kensington Additive. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for searching, selecting, and reaching out to potential candidates for job positions, assessing their skills and intent, and presenting their CVs to clients.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a specialist headhunting business that has spent nearly two decades hiring engineering and manufacturing professionals across the advanced and additive manufacturing industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Search and select potential candidates for job positions
  • Assess candidates based on their skills and intent
  • Present CVs to clients and facilitate interviews
  • Support candidates through the recruitment process and provide feedback
  • Conduct business development activities, including generating leads and understanding client requirements
  • Manage job openings and client accounts
  • Grow your pipeline of work and meet weekly, quarterly, and annual KPIs
Requirements
  • Degree qualification in any subject
  • Sales or business development experience is advantageous
  • Demonstrable experience working with KPIs in a target-driven role
