About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Kensington Additive. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for searching, selecting, and reaching out to potential candidates for job positions, assessing their skills and intent, and presenting their CVs to clients.

You will also be responsible for facilitating interviews, preparing candidates for the interview, and giving feedback once done. Additionally, you will support candidates through the recruitment process and help them with their employment offers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Search, select, and reach out to potential candidates for job positions
  • Assess candidates based on their skills and intent, via telephone
  • Shortlist candidates and present their CVs to clients
  • Facilitate interviews and prepare candidates for the interview
  • Give feedback to candidates once the interview is complete
  • Support candidates through the recruitment process
  • Help candidates with their employment offers
  • Conduct business development activities, including generating leads and calling prospective clients
  • Manage job openings and client accounts
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of work
  • Meet weekly, quarterly, and annual KPIs
Requirements
  • Degree qualification in any subject
  • Sales or business development experience is advantageous
  • Demonstrable experience working with KPIs in a target-driven role
