Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Kensington Additive. As a specialist headhunting business, we have spent nearly two decades hiring engineering and manufacturing professionals across the advanced and additive manufacturing industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and select potential candidates for job positions.
- Assess candidates based on their skills and intent, via telephone.
- Shortlist candidates and present their CVs to clients.
- Gain feedback and share it with candidates.
- Facilitate interviews and prepare candidates for the interview process.
- Support candidates through the recruitment process and to the offer stage.
- Conduct business development activities, generating leads and understanding client requirements.
- Manage job openings and client accounts.
- Develop and grow your pipeline of work.
- Meet weekly, quarterly, and annual KPIs.
Necessary Qualifications:
- Degree qualification in any subject.
- Sales or business development experience is advantageous.
- Demonstrable experience working with KPIs in a target-driven role.
Person Profile:
We are looking for someone who is motivated to succeed, highly driven, sociable, and able to build relationships. You should be able to work well in a team, offering support to others and be approachable to your peers. Customer service is key, ensuring frequent communication. You will need to be well-organized and able to prioritize ever-changing workloads. Resilience in this role is key, so it is essential to be able to problem-solve effectively.
