Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a HR Manager at Blank Space Recruitment. This is an instrumental role to support the business and the people strategy as well as the day to day HR operations.

About the Role

The HR Manager will be responsible for creating and fostering a performance culture, ensuring compliance on all HR and employment law matters, and driving a cost-effective recruitment strategy. You will work closely with all departments, ensure an effective HR function, and lead on any employee relations casework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business growth and objectives
  • Provide expert advice on HR and employment law matters to management and employees
  • Lead on recruitment and talent management initiatives to attract and retain top talent
  • Manage employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary procedures, and performance management
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business strategies

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a strategic, positive, and solution-led approach to work in a dynamic and growing business. This position will form part of the management team and support key leadership positions.

Qualifications and Experience

  • University graduate in HR Management or Employment Law
  • CIPD Qualification Level 5
  • Excellent up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law legislation
  • HR generalist background with experience in change management, recruitment, and interpersonal skills
