We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a HR Manager and support the business operations and people strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and fostering a performance culture, ensuring compliance on all HR and employment law matters, and driving a cost-effective recruitment strategy.


About the Company


Our client is a fast-growing and creative events business that works with high-profile brands to create innovative experiential marketing solutions and activations. They have a 360-degree solution that encompasses internal departments, including warehouse, workshop, hire, and logistics/transport, as well as client services and project management.


The Role


This is an instrumental role that will support the business and the people strategy, as well as the day-to-day HR operations. The HR Manager will work closely with all departments to ensure an effective HR function and lead on any employee relations casework.


Requirements


We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a strategic, positive, and solution-led approach to work in a dynamic and growing business. The ideal candidate will have a University graduate degree in HR Management or Employment Law, a CIPD Qualification Level 5, and excellent up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law legislation.
