  • Reporting on the status of outstanding tasks and ensuring timely completion.
  • Processing sales ledger invoices using bespoke CRM software and ensuring accurate and timely payment.
  • Authorizing and processing credit note requests and ensuring accurate and timely payment.
  • Preparing and sending invoices and credit notes to customers.
  • Providing excellent customer service, responding to phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicating with customers, sub-contractors, and internal staff to ensure effective collaboration and resolution of issues.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a basic understanding of Excel and CRM software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
