Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Support Worker to join our temporary division. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to vulnerable young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with our team to provide a safe and supportive environment for young people.
  • Support the emotional wellbeing of service users and help them make informed decisions about their lives.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence and be willing to use it for work-related purposes.
  • Have a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care or Children & Young People, although this is not essential.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that meet the unique needs of each service user.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A non-judgmental and empathetic approach to working with vulnerable individuals.
  • A can-do attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
