We are excited to announce that LTF Recruitment is expanding its team in September 2024 As a specialist education recruitment agency, we focus exclusively on long-term and permanent placements for teaching professionals.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Consultant Support Officer to join our growing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting new candidates for schools using job boards and social media, engaging with candidates over the phone, and managing queries from existing candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and recruiting new candidates for schools using job boards and social media
  • Engaging with candidates over the phone and managing queries from existing candidates
  • Offering fresh and innovative ideas to contribute to team success
  • Creating marketing materials to send to clients and candidates
  • Ensuring candidates are cleared and ready to work
