About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Education Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Connex Education. As an Education Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for developing relationships with schools and candidates, recruiting and promoting candidates to schools, and servicing existing relationships with schools to offer the best service possible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools and clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Candidate Recruitment: Recruit and promote candidates to schools for supply and long-term bookings, ensuring a high level of candidate satisfaction and school satisfaction.
  • Payroll Management: Manage payroll efficiently, ensuring accurate and timely payment to candidates.
  • Candidate Development: Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to understand their skills and preferences, and match them with suitable school opportunities.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the recruitment team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in education recruitment or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong organizational skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
