We are seeking an experienced education recruiter to join our team in Nottingham. As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing a large desk of clients and candidates, developing relationships, and recruiting top talent for our schools.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask. You will be working with a well-established desk, with many clients who have worked with us for years. We also work with a number of Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs) who use us exclusively.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing relationships with clients and candidates through telephone calls and face-to-face meetings
  • Recruiting and promoting candidates to schools for supply and long-term bookings
  • Servicing existing relationships with schools to offer the best service possible
  • Running payroll efficiently
  • Meeting and interviewing prospective candidates
