About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Connex Education. As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for developing relationships with schools and candidates, recruiting and promoting candidates to schools, and servicing existing relationships with schools to offer the best service possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing Relationships: Develop relationships with newly acquired clients and existing schools through telephone calls and face-to-face meetings.
  • Recruiting and Promoting Candidates: Recruit and promote candidates to schools for supply and long-term bookings.
  • Servicing Existing Relationships: Service existing relationships with schools to offer the best service possible.
  • Candidate Management: Manage candidate relationships to book them into roles that are ideal for their specific skill set.
  • Payroll Management: Run payroll efficiently.
  • Candidate Interviews: Meet and interview prospective candidates.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Experience working in recruitment, ideally in education.
  • Desire to Succeed: A real desire to succeed and meet targets.
  • Time Management: Good time management skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work as part of a successful team and learn from others.
  • Availability: Available to start work at 7:15am till 4:15pm.
