Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Claims Review Advisor to join our team on a 6-month contract with the potential for extension. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing complex data, presenting analysis in a clear and concise manner, and building strong relationships with assessors.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough investigations to support historical matters, analysing and interpreting case data to identify root causes.
- Effectively manage relationships with assessors, ensuring timely and consistent information exchange.
- Present analysis and detail facts of data/information reviewed to inform assessment decisions.
- Engage with assessors to provide SME advice on queries raised.
- Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures.
- Proven experience as an analyst in a fast-paced environment, dealing with complex claims.
- Ability to analyse extensive data, presenting findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify non-conformance to policy, process, and procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of MS Office suite.
- Ability to work within a team.
