About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creator Community Manager to join our team at Connexity, a Taboola company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our creator community and partnerships, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Community Management
    • Develop and execute strategies to build and maintain a strong creator community, fostering engagement and retention.
    • Manage and optimize community content, ensuring it aligns with our brand values and resonates with our audience.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities to drive community growth and revenue.
  • Partnerships and Account Management
    • Build and maintain relationships with key influencers and creators, providing personalized guidance and support to drive revenue growth.
    • Develop and execute strategies to acquire and retain new creators, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent.
    • Manage and optimize partnerships with retailers and brands, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
  • Revenue Growth
    • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth through content and retailer diversification and optimization.
    • Collaborate with analysts and product teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities to drive revenue growth.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.
  • Customer Experience
    • Develop and execute strategies to deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities to drive customer growth and revenue.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in social media, community management, or the affiliate space.
  • 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing or influencer community management.
  • 2-4 years of experience in account management in the creator/social space.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed growth, retention, and revenue goals.
  • Experience managing and incentivizing a large number of influencers and creators.
  • Strong attention to detail in content analysis and communication.
  • Passion for creators and influencers, with an innate understanding of engagement and comment sentiment.
  • Collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively connect with others.
  • Trend awareness, with a keen understanding of social media virality, pop-culture, and trends.
  • CRM experience, with proficiency in HubSpot or other CRM tools.
  • Additional skills, including experience with email marketing and Canva.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
