We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Director. This is a key leadership role that will involve leading client accounts, developing innovative campaign strategies, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Client Leadership: Lead client accounts, demonstrating strong client relationship management, working to explicit budgets and timelines, and ensuring Realtime Agency is in a position to expand and maximise opportunities.
- Strategic Planning: Establish oneself as a trusted advisor to clients, expanding our network within client organisations and fostering collaborative partnerships.
- Campaign Development: Design innovative, large-scale paid campaigns across several platforms, including but not limited to Meta, Google Ads, and/or programmatic DSPs.
- Team Management: Manage, support, and oversee operational teams responsible for the placement, optimization, testing, and execution of complex campaigns, and ensure channel strategies align with core client goals and contract stipulations.
- Process Improvement: Develop processes, structure & services that add value to our existing clients and ensure client experience with RTA is best in class.
- Business Development: Work collaboratively across teams to identify and present new opportunities/areas of growth that will help continue the development of the paid channels.
- Industry Expertise: Stay at the forefront of industry innovation and best practices, learn and grow your knowledge and bring new findings and ideas to clients and internal teams.
- Performance Marketing Background: A performance marketing background, including hands-on-keyboard campaign activation experience.
- Paid Advertising Experience: 5+ years of paid advertising experience (agency experience preferable).
- Client Experience: Experience with clients across multiple industries.
- Campaign Success: Proven track record of success with social, programmatic and search campaigns.
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously to meet objectives/key deadlines.
- Data Analysis: Experience with website and lead analytics (UTM tagging, Google Tag Manager, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Tableau).
- Ad Platform Certifications: Ad platform certifications.
- Data Handling: Outstanding data handling and analytical skills.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Microsoft Office: Working knowledge of Microsoft office products, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Organisation: Well-organised and flexible; able to move from project to project without delay.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Digital Marketing: A passion for Digital Marketing and learning.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports.
