About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our team in a hospital setting. As a Band 6/7 Locum Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in covering wards and assisting dispensary teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Medicines reconciliation and drug chart screening
  • Offering advice to patients on the wards
  • Screening in the dispensary, inpatients, and outpatients
  • Assisting the ATOs and Pharm Techs with checking when needed
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Current and valid registration with the GPHC as a Pharmacist
  • Previous hospital experience is preferable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
