About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist to join our team at Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust. As a Pharmacist - Band 6/7, you will play a key role in providing exceptional professional pharmacy services and supporting the development of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as Responsible Pharmacist, providing support to the Senior Pharmacist and the rest of the pharmacy team.
  • Provide clinical pharmacy services, including patient counselling and medicines reconciliation.
  • Support the development of our business, including policy and service development, financial and physical resource management, and leadership and management.
  • Contribute to the provision of high-quality patient and customer experience, ensuring a safe and effective use of drugs.
  • Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to achieve our goals and objectives.
Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Demonstrable ability to meet the Trust Values.
  • Masters degree or equivalent in pharmacy.
  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
  • Experience of patient counselling and completed audit to improve practice.
  • Good written communication skills and computer literacy.
  • Able to work quickly, accurately and consistently, and maintain accuracy in a busy environment.
  • Able to work as part of a team, use initiative and work independently, and remain calm under pressure.
