Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our team at Hunter AHP. As a Band 6/7 Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in covering wards and assisting dispensary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Medicines reconciliation and drug chart screening
- Offering advice to patients on the wards
- Screening in the dispensary, inpatients, and outpatients
- Assisting the ATOs and Pharm Techs with checking when needed
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Current and valid registration with the GPHC as a Pharmacist
- Previous hospital experience is preferable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
