We are seeking an experienced Hospital Pharmacist to join our team in London. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care.
Job Summary:This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Pharmacist to work in a dynamic hospital environment. You will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Medicines reconciliation and drug chart screening
- Offering advice to patients on the wards
- Screening in the dispensary, inpatients, and outpatients
- Assisting the ATOs and Pharm Techs with checking when needed
- Current and valid registration with the GPHC as a Pharmacist
- Hospital experience is essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
